PLAN BUILT
Cheapest short-term option. In the long term it may end up taking much more time than buying a partial or complete kit. You will have to manufacture nearly every component of the H5.

These plans are full and complete, and just require skill, minimal tooling, and time. The Hummel Aircraft Company offers long-term support for all customers. You can always reach out to us regarding issues, advice, or anything in-between.

PARTIAL KIT
Every section of the aircraft is split into modules allowing for separate purchase. This can save you time in the long term compared to the plan-only option. You should purchase and assemble the modules in alphabetical order.

Plans are included, as there are not currently 3D assembly manuals for the H5. There will be assembly manuals soon.
FULL KIT
The quickest, easiest, and most preferred way to build an H5.
This includes everything needed, except basic shop tools, to assemble the aircraft. Some additional manufacturing is needed for some parts. This is so the H5 kit qualifies for the FAA experimental sport aircraft requirements. This kit includes plans, since 3D assembly manuals are in the works.
